Bioethics and the Catholic moral tradition
If you are looking for the catholic approach in bioethics and also for a link to Catholic moral tradition I would highly recommend the book by Pádraig Corkery, head of the Department of Moral Theology and Dean of
the Faculty of Theology in the Pontifical University, Maynooth. His excellent book titled as Bioethics and the Catholic moral tradition gives an ethical
evaluation of some of the more controversial developments in medical
practice over the past few decades. His book gives an ethical evaluation of some of the more controversial
developments in medical practice over the past few decades, including
assisted human reproduction, embryonic stem cell research, personal
conscience and morality and the civil law from the perspective of the
Catholic moral tradition.
